Senior Business Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Professional who knows how to win, close, and grow international clients on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.

What You’ll Do

Generate and close high-quality international leads via Upwork, Fiverr & Freelancer

Write custom, high-converting proposals based on client requirements

Bid strategically to maximize win rate and deal value

Communicate confidently with US, UK, and EU clients

Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams

Manage negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization

Maintain and grow platform profiles, ratings, and response metrics

Build long-term relationships with recurring clients

Track leads, conversions, and monthly revenue targets

Stay updated with marketplace trends and algorithm changes

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of proven experience on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer

Strong track record of successfully closed international projects

Excellent written & spoken English

Solid understanding of DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Self-driven with the ability to hit monthly sales targets

Experience working with international clients

CRM and lead tracking experience is a plus
