The Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Developer to architect and run our entire client acquisition engine. This is a hands-on builder role, not a coordinator. You'll design and operate multi-channel outbound systems across cold email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to consistently bring qualified international clients into our pipeline.

You'll work directly with our CEO and CTO with a clear, measurable line from your campaigns to signed contracts.

What Success Looks Like

  • 50+ qualified leads per month across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels
  • 8–10 discovery calls booked weekly with decision-makers
  • 30+ active prospects maintained in the CRM pipeline at all times
  • 2+ live cold email sequences running at any given time
  • 2+ active paid ad campaigns with tracked CPL and ROAS
  • 2–3 new project closures supported per month
  • Weekly BD report submitted every Monday to leadership

Core Responsibilities: Outbound System Design & Execution

  • Build enriched, segmented prospect lists using Clay, Apify, Apollo, and Hunter.io
  • Launch and optimize personalized cold email campaigns via Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Woodpecker with continuous A/B testing
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach at scale
  • Segment leads by ICP, company size, geography, and vertical (SaaS, healthcare, fintech, e-commerce)
  • Identify and qualify new markets and service opportunities for XISLABS

Paid Acquisition Management

  • Own Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads (Lead Gen, Retargeting) campaigns end-to-end
  • Manage audience targeting, keyword strategy, ad copy, and landing page alignment
  • Optimize daily against KPIs: CTR, CPC, conversions, CPL, ROAS, and ad spend
  • Run creative and copy A/B tests; present weekly performance reports to leadership

Pipeline & CRM Ownership

  • Own the full funnel: Cold → Warm → Discovery → Proposal → Closed
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Zoho) with full contact history, deal stages, and pipeline value.
  • Automate follow-up sequences and lead nurturing integrated with Calendly for seamless booking.
  • Track and report lead attribution across all channels.

Discovery Calls & Deal Closing

  • Conduct structured discovery calls via Google Meet or Zoom to surface client needs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations aligned with XISLABS capabilities.
  • Coordinate with the CTO and development team on technical scoping and pricing.
  • Ensure clean handoffs to delivery with documented scope briefs.

Automation, Infrastructure & Reporting

  • Manage email deliverability infrastructure via SendGrid and Mailgun
  • Automate internal workflows using GoHighLevel, n8n, and Zapier
  • Use Notion and ClickUp for BD documentation, task tracking, and reporting
  • Submit structured weekly KPI reports and monthly campaign analysis to leadership

Experience & Skills Required

  • 2.5–3+ years in B2B tech sales, business development, or revenue growth roles
  • Proven results from cold email and LinkedIn outreach (reply rates, meetings booked, deals closed)
  • Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience with measurable ROAS outcomes
  • Structured pipeline management experience across full funnel stages
  • Background in IT services, software development, or SaaS strongly preferred
  • Strong written and spoken English — confident discovery calls and compelling cold copy
  • Analytical mindset: you read data, spot patterns, and adjust campaigns fast
  • Comfortable working US or European business hours
  • Basic familiarity with software stacks (React, Node.js, Python, Flutter) for technical prospect conversations

Bonus Points

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
  • Track record of closing deals with US, UK, Canadian, or Australian clients
  • Experience with n8n scripting or basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Python for automation
  • Prior experience in a software house or tech startup environment
