Senior Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking fresh graduates from reputed universities and experienced business developers with min 2 years of experience. This role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily through the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will have high level knowledge or a proven track record of successful bidding and client acquisition on Upwork, coupled with a solid technical understanding of software development principles.

Responsibilities:

• Actively monitor and analyze the Upwork marketplace for relevant project opportunities.
• Develop and submit compelling and tailored proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition.
• Effectively communicate with potential clients on Upwork to understand their needs and answer their questions.
• Contribute to the development of our Upwork strategy and best practices.
• Potentially expand business development efforts beyond Upwork as needed.
• Fresh-2 years of demonstrable experience in bidding and winning projects on the Upwork platform.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to write persuasive and effective proposals.
• Strong technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain technologies
