Senior Business Development Executive

Brandix Soft is a results-driven digital marketing agency offering SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development. We partner with global clients — from startups to enterprise brands — to deliver measurable growth through data-backed strategies.

We are expanding our sales division and seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record in international B2B sales and team leadership.

This is a dual-role opportunity where you will:

  • Generate revenue by closing high-value digital marketing deals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior sales professionals.

Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, skilled in consultative selling, and experienced in leading high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation

  • Make 60–100+ outbound B2B calls daily to decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Founders) in UK/US markets
  • Close 5–7+ digital marketing deals per month (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development)
  • Create tailored proposals based on client KPIs and objectives
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business

Sales Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 junior sales reps
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, pipeline checks, and call coaching sessions
  • Share best practices to improve outbound sales performance
  • Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed quotas

Market Strategy & CRM Management

  • Identify new opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
  • Position Brandix Soft as a go-to partner for enterprise-level solutions
  • Manage pipeline and performance tracking in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce)

Qualifications (Required)

  • 3+ years international B2B cold calling (UK/US markets preferred)
  • 2+ years sales team leadership in a performance-driven environment
  • 1.5+ years selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM)
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (six-figure PKR or higher)
  • Fluent English (neutral, UK, or US accent preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Target-driven with strong leadership and coaching ability

Working Hours (Mon–Fri)

  • UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT)
  • US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
  • On-site role only (Lahore-based candidates)
