Senior Business Development Executive

Pluspoint Digital LLC is looking for a sales-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base. This is a pure sales role – not campaign management – focused on bringing in new business for our digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Website/App Development).

What you’ll do:

• Identify and close new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth
• Manage your pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

What we need:

• 2–4 years proven experience in sales/business development (preferably digital agency/IT services)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• UAE market knowledge and target-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Digital Marketing Sales: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license (Required)
