Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new business opportunities to drive growth for Bitsoftsol.

This role involves connecting with potential clients, primarily through LinkedIn and other online channels, and aligning our services with their specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers
  • Conduct effective and persuasive presentations to showcase Bitsoftsol’s services
  • Prepare professional proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide regular progress updates and sales forecasts to management
Skills Required

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their business needs
  • Confident in problem-solving and relationship management

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, ideally in the IT or software development industry
  • Familiarity with web and mobile app development services and industry trends
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and professional networking
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
