Senior Business Development- Project Sales & Client Acquisition

Preferred Age: 40–50+ years. Candidates below 40 years of age will not be considered for this position.

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Projects, Project Sales, Corporate Sales, Real Estate Sales, or Service Industry Sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities, conduct client meetings, understand client requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully convert leads into projects.
• Strong experience in client acquisition, lead conversion, relationship management, and revenue generation.
• Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, Facility Management, or Service Industry Sales will be highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and contribute directly to company growth and revenue generation.
