D'Box Creative, a leading creative agency in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development - Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships within the creative industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the creative agency landscape in Dubai and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

· Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.

· Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior business development or sales role, preferably within a creative agency in Dubai.

· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· In-depth knowledge of the creative industry and the Dubai market.

· A results-oriented and proactive approach to business development.
