Senior Civil and Structural Engineering Manager

You’ll be responsible for:

• Oversees design output to ensure clarity, feasibility, buildability, alignment with preferred methods, and timely availability for efficient procurement and construction.
• Develops and implements project-specific dimensional control strategies, ensuring alignment with project and strategic KPIs.
• Establishes and enforces quality requirements and procedures, ensuring compliance and achievement of required quality standards.
• Leads the production and integration of quality assurance documentation, embedding quality standards across teams and projects.
• Provides leadership to teams and/or project groups, ensuring structures, tools, capabilities, and responsibilities are in place to deliver excellence.
• Manages technical aspects of projects, including innovation, technical development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Delivers performance management, technical development, and coaching, supporting the growth and effectiveness of individuals and teams.
• Engages and influences key stakeholders, fostering strong internal and external relationships while contributing to net zero carbon goals through proactive carbon management.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Experience in mixed-use project with large infrastructure development
• Previous working Experience in United Arab Emirates is a must
