Senior Civil Engineer Estimator

We are seeking a Senior Civil Estimation Engineer with 15–20 years of experience in civil construction estimation to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successful tendering for large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects within the UAE.

Role Overview

As a senior member of our estimation team, you will lead the technical and financial analysis of project tenders, manage the cost estimation process, and ensure bids are accurate, timely, and competitive.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accurate cost estimation.

Prepare and review cost breakdowns, tender documentation, and value engineering proposals.

Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and competitive pricing.

Ensure successful tender submissions aligned with company objectives.

Guide and mentor junior estimators, sharing best practices and strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent).

15–20 years of civil estimation experience, with at least 10 years in the UAE.

Experience with main contracting firms.

Proficiency in estimation and cost-control software.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.

Solid understanding of local construction materials, codes, and market rates.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
