Senior Civil Engineer (G+4 License)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Construction Management

• Plan, execute, and supervise civil works including structure, finishing, and external works.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and resolve technical issues.

2. Team & Subcontractor Management

• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to achieve planned progress.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures on site.
• Conduct inspections and ensure works meet quality standards.
• Close NCRs and inspection comments within agreed timelines.

4. Planning & Progress Control

• Coordinate with the Planning Engineer to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor daily and weekly progress against approved programs.
• Support preparation of recovery plans in case of delays.

5. Safety & HSE Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Safety Officer to maintain a safe working environment.
• Enforce PPE usage and safe work practices.6. Coordination with Stakeholders
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal departments.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material logs.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Assist in project handover and as-built documentation.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs.
• Support inspections, approvals, and handovers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
