Senior Collection Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Collection Specialist with at least 5 years of relevant experience to execute our collection process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Dayrah (Halan Gam3ya) Branches collection processes, improving recovery rates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering positive relationships with sister companies.

What You´ll Do

• Execute the instructions set out by the head of risk and credit and liaise with company wide departments to achieve his KPI's


• Client Communication: Engage with clients where necessary to discuss outstanding balances, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes.


• 
  Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze collection metrics, preparing reports on team performance and account statuses.
  


• 
  Compliance Management: Ensure all collection activities comply with CBE .
  


• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as finance , customer service & branches to address issues and improve processes.


• Conflict Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints and disputes with professionalism and tact.


• 
  Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in collection processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  

What Makes You a Good Fit

• 
  Experience: Minimum of 5 years in collection s or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisor y role.
  


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.


• Skills:


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


• 
  Proficiency in collection software and Microsoft Office.
  


• 
  Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing collection s.
