Senior Commercial Manager

We are expanding our team for an exciting Large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in North Africa and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Commercial Manager.

Qualifications and professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management –
• Master’s degree in Commercial Management / Construction Law – Preferred
• Strong cost control & commercial experience may substitute for postgraduate studies
• PMP Certification would be considered a plus.
• FIDIC Training (practical experience is more important than certification) would be considered a plus
• Cost Management / Value Engineering Courses – Preferred
• 12–15+ years of experience
• Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants
• Alternatively, experience with Tier 1 Contractors is acceptable
• Experience with major developers is a strong advantage
• Strong background in: Cost Control, Budgeting & Forecasting, Payment Certification, Commercial Reporting
• Must have client-facing experience
• Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments
