About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Communications to lead campaigns, activations, and live events that bring stories to life. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution , requiring someone who can seamlessly manage client relationships, direct ground teams, and drive innovative storytelling across media, social, and influencer channels.

Key Responsibilities

New Business & Growth

• Lead pitches and shape proposals for communications, experiential, and activation projects.
• Identify market opportunities to differentiate and win new work.

Client & Campaign Strategy

• Develop creative storytelling that works across activations, media, social, and influencer platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all client touchpoints.

Leadership & Execution

• Manage on-ground teams during events and activations, ensuring seamless execution.
• Mentor and guide account and project managers, overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Influencer & Social Media

• Build and leverage influencer relationships to amplify campaign reach.
• Monitor digital trends and integrate fresh ideas into social and campaign strategies.

Representation & Market Presence

• Represent the agency in client meetings, industry events, and partner discussions.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in communications, experiential marketing, events, or related fields.
• Proven track record in storytelling, campaign strategy, and creative content development .
• Strong experience managing live events/activations and supervising ground operations.
• Solid knowledge of influencer marketing and social platforms.
• Arabic fluency (essential) and excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
