Sales & Business Development Manager– Event Management

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Business Development Executive with at least 6 months of experience in the event management industry. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth through effective sales and client servicing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the events, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate functions sectors.
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations and creative team to develop customized event solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
  • Support the team in sponsorship sales and partnerships for large-scale events.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/business development within an event management company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
