Job Description:- Support the maintenance salary structures, job grades, and pay bands.
- Participate in annual compensation activities such as salary reviews, promotions, adjustments, and bonus payouts.
- Assist with compensation benchmarking exercises and prepare supporting analyses and reports.
- Manage the full payroll cycle for 500+ employees, and payroll processes using Excel and HR systems.
- Administer payroll additions and deductions, overtime calculations, allowances, and attendance.

- Maintain accurate payroll records in line with labor laws and tax.
- Develop and maintain payroll templates, trackers, and databases to enhance efficiency and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for payroll process improvements and support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
Requirements:- 4 to 5 years of experience in Payroll.
- Bachelor degree in any relevant degree.
