Senior Concept Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Concept Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conceptual design, architectural innovation, and the ability to translate client visions into bold, creative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the conceptual design process for high-profile projects.

- Create innovative architectural concepts and presentations.

- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop design briefs.

- Prepare mood boards, 3D visuals, sketches, and design narratives.

- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

- Present concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

- 7–10 years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio of conceptual projects.

- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
