Senior Content Strategist

We’re looking for a Creative Content Strategist (Senior Level), a visionary thinker who can set the direction for brand storytelling, drive big ideas, and mentor others through strategy and creativity.

If you live and breathe content strategy, digital storytelling, and brand building and want to take ownership of major campaigns this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and oversee creative content strategies across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Ideate, write, and refine content for social media, websites, blogs, digital ads, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with design, digital, and marketing teams to translate strategy into impactful campaigns.
• Research trends, audience insights, and competitive landscapes to inform content direction.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and objectives while delivering measurable results.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and champion creative ideas that push boundaries.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing insights and best practices to elevate overall content quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with a strategic mindset.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality across campaigns.
• Proactive, creative, and capable of taking initiative in shaping brand narratives.
