Senior Cost Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Complete quantity takeoffs independently (all trades)
• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates
• Analyze complete drawing sets and specifications
• Identify missing details and prepare RFIs/clarifications
• Pricing (material, labor, subcontractor quotes)
• Review addendums and update estimates accordingly
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Check and review work done by junior estimators
• Provide basic training and guidance to fresh/junior team members
• Ensure standardization and accuracy in team outputs
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of estimation experience
• Strong grip on quantity takeoffs (Concrete, Rebar, Finishes, Drywall, Structure,MEP ,etc.)
• Experience with estimation software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Strong Excel & analytical skills
• Good communication skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
