We are seeking an experienced Creative Lead / Head to define and drive the creative vision across all OZ Group brands. This is a senior leadership role responsible for branding, creative strategy, production, and content direction—leading a team of designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver powerful, business-driven creative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all branding, creative design, and visual identity initiatives across OZ Group brands.
- Oversee creative strategy, production, and execution for campaigns, DVCs (Digital Video Commercials), and multimedia content.
- Direct content creation across digital platforms including social media, websites, ads, and offline materials.
- Supervise video production, video editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, performance, and product teams to ensure creative outputs drive measurable business results.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process—from concept and scripting to production and final delivery.
- Mentor, train, and scale a high-performing creative team, fostering innovation and creative excellence.
- Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and high creative standards across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated with industry trends, AI creative tools, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Introduce and implement innovative creative approaches to keep OZ Group ahead of competitors.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in creative leadership, branding, or head-level creative roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in branding, creative design, content production, and campaign execution.
- Proven expertise in video editing, production workflows, and DVC creation.
- Experience with AI tools for design, content creation, video, and automation is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media campaigns, and performance-driven creatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and team management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining exceptional attention to creative detail.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, videos, and creative leadership.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
