You will lead a team of analysts and data specialists ensuring accuracy efficiency and scalability across all data operations. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders translating data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data Operations Leadership
Oversee daily data operations ensuring accuracy consistency and timely delivery across multiple business units

Process Optimization
Design improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work

Team Management
Lead mentor and develop data analysts and operations staff Conduct performance reviews and support career growth

Data Quality and Governance
Implement standards for data validation compliance and security across all systems

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights

Reporting and Analytics
Develop dashboards and reports that support strategic decision making and operational performance tracking

What We Are Looking For

Experience
6 plus years in data operations data management or business analytics with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Technical Skills
Strong experience with data tools such as SQL Excel BI tools and cloud based platforms

Process Mindset
Proven ability to design and improve operational workflows in high volume environments

Leadership
Experience managing teams and driving performance in a structured operations environment

Communication Skills
Ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders

Mindset
Detail oriented analytical and focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
