We are looking for a Senior Design and Estimation Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in Shoring & Piling works to join our team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

· Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Shoring & Piling projects (bored piles, driven piles, shoring, etc.)

· Strong knowledge of Shoring & Piling methods, QA/QC, and site execution

· Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams

· Familiar with project documentation, drawings, and method statements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design of Piling and Shoring systems including soldier piles, contiguous piles, secant piles, anchors, and internal strut support systems.
• Study drawings, site conditions, and consultant information to prepare accurate designs and cost estimates.
• Prepare complete design drawings and documents for approval from consultants and authorities (including Dubai Municipality and RTA).
• Review tender documents and contracts to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare preliminary designs, project cost estimates, and tender summaries including materials, equipment, labor, and subcontractor scopes.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Handle project documentation, approvals, and official correspondence.
• Manage contract-related matters such as variations, claims, subcontractor invoices, and insurance coordination as per project agreements.
• Provide technical support to team members during bidding, estimation, and construction stages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month(Depending upon experience & Qualifications).
