We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Digital Growth Specialist with deep experience in
B2B growth

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
. This is an execution-first role — no team management, no delegation.
You will personally drive
organic acquisition
,
content production
, and
technical SEO improvements
to grow our visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search surfaces (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
You will work closely with the Product Manager, who oversees the full product strategy, and you will be accountable for delivering measurable growth outcomes.
Minimum
5+ years
of proven, successful growth experience in B2B markets, preferably in
Australia

East Africa
, or
Europe
.
Responsibilities:
Organic Growth & GEO

Drive organic acquisition using
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
strategies.

Produce content structured to rank in
AI-generated answers
, LLM search, and conversational engines.

Optimize content for discoverability across AI crawlers, embeddings, and structured data used by modern generative systems.
Content Creation & SEO Execution
-
Write high-quality, original content:
-
Blog posts & long-form SEO articles
-
Landing pages
-
Product-led content (case studies, feature pages)
-
Create technical SEO materials including schema markup, audits, site structure recommendations.
Technical & On-Page SEO
-
Conduct audits and fix issues: indexing, crawling, site architecture, performance, schema.

Implement structured data optimized for both Google and LLMs.

Improve E-E-A-T signals across all content.
Growth Experiments

Run organic growth experiments end-to-end: hypothesis → execution → measurement → iteration.

Identify untapped organic channels (AI engines, directories, forums, content partnerships).
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Product Manager on growth strategy and priorities.

Request paid support from media buyers when needed, but remain focused on organic growth.

Work with designers/writers only when necessary — role is primarily hands-on.
Market Experience

Apply growth playbooks validated in:

Australian B2B markets,
or

East African B2B markets,
or
-
European markets.

Adapt content, tone, and SEO for regional search and AI behavior patterns.
Qualifications:

5+ years in B2B SEO, organic growth, or content-driven demand generation.

Proven track record of ranking content and generating organic conversions.

Strong experience with
GEO
, AI content optimization, and working with LLM search patterns.
-
Excellent hands-on writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
-
Solid understanding of modern SEO practices: schema, site structure, crawlability, link strategy.

Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and drive measurable outcomes.
-
Experience in AU, East African, or European markets is strongly preferred.
