Senior Digital Marketer

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer with a strong focus on social media marketing. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple social platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. You’ll work closely with the content and design teams to deliver impactful and measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Suggest innovative strategies, tools, and trends to improve digital and social media performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
