Job Title: Google Ads Specialist
Location: Hybrid – D12, Islamabad (3 days in-office: Tue–Thu, 2 days WFH: Mon & Fri)
Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM

We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist who can take ownership of our clients’ paid campaigns—ensuring every dollar spent delivers measurable results.

Role Overview
The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on multiple paid campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to perform in-depth audits to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, analytics, and account management teams to ensure all campaigns align with client goals and maintain the high performance standards that Digital Engage is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct account audits to identify inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.).
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting as needed.
  • Collaborate with the creative and client management teams to align ads with marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and new feature rollouts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Proven experience conducting audits, analytics, reporting, and campaign management.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail—nothing gets past you.
  • Experience working with diverse industries or multiple accounts simultaneously (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads Certification(s).
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting.
