Digital Ordering is a key component of The Coca-Cola Company’s Future-Back Commercial Digital agenda. It includes scaling best-in-class eB2B coverage, adoption and UX/UI initiatives, developing Suggested Order capabilities across channels, leveraging customer loyalty & retention, implementing End-to-End eB2B2C use cases and leveraging CRM and GenAI for personalisation at scale for customers.

Define a Digital Ordering strategy that drives 100% of our customers digitalized by 2030. Align the strategy and develop future-proof Digital Ordering capabilities with Bottling Partners.

Ensure exponential acceleration of Digital transformation of our customers, by creating a physical ecosystem across Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit.

Partner with Customer & Commercial Leadership Teams to design a future-proof Route-to-Market through a Physical ecosystem.

Develop a seamless End-to-End Commerce ecosystem that creates value for Customers, Consumers, Partners and Coca-Cola System by integrating B2B and B2C digital platforms, and digitized cooling equipments.

Anticipate and partner with key Bottlers to accelerate new capabilities that drive value and transform the way work is done today.

Develop new revenue streams and business models that create accretive value to the core business and a positive network effect.

Act as a key contributor to the global agenda as part of the extended Global Digital Ordering team.
Scope:
-
Eurasia & Middle East OU: 25 markets, more than 3 bottlers, including 1 of the Top 10 bottlers worldwide.

Short, Mid and long term (1 to 10 years)
Experience REQUIREMENTS
-
15+ years of Franchise leadership, Commercial & Business experience with savviness of the digital space with proven success records.

Must have strong general management and strong business profile.

System knowledge a must, also complex systems understanding.

Understands how existing and future technologies may leverage Digital Ordering capabilities.

Strategic thinking, ability to articulate and build shared vision.

Demonstrated success leveraging data, converting to insights, understanding business implications, and utilizing to influence and gain alignment hence, drive business results.

Proven ability to create use cases for business metrics.

Strong ability to understand third-party partners capabilities and transform into growth opportunities.

Skills to collaborate and align with a diverse set of stakeholders. Experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionally.

Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.

Bachelor’s degree in digital or business-related field required, MBA preferred.
