4- Role Overview:
- The role of senior electrical sales engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth by maximizing sales of the company’s existing core products, while also leading the introduction and market expansion of new electrical solutions.
- The position plays a key role in strengthening TIS’s (Triangle for innovative solutions) market presence across infrastructure and industrial projects.
5- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth of existing core electrical products and solutions.
- Lead the introduction, promotion, and market penetration of new electrical solutions.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s market scope.
- Manage market development activities for UPS systems, electrical panels, and integrated electrical solutions.
- Conduct high‐level technical and commercial presentations to consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision‐makers.
- Build, manage, and grow long‐term strategic relationships with key accounts and major clients.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and project teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue planning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring support to junior sales engineers when required.
6- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 7–10 years of proven experience in electrical sales, technical sales, or business development.
- Strong hands‐on experience with UPS systems, electrical panels, and integrated electrical solutions for infrastructure and industrial projects.
- Proven track record in driving growth of existing products and successfully launching new solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent commercial awareness with strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.
- Strategic mindset, self‐driven, and capable of working independently in a field‐based role.
