Senior Engineer

and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – BIM, Design & Interface Coordination to join our team for a project in AlUla . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM management, multidisciplinary design coordination, and interface management to ensure seamless integration between design disciplines and project stakeholders.

• Lead and manage BIM implementation in accordance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Coordinate between architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines to ensure proper design integration.
• Review BIM models to identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
• Manage interface coordination between consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project requirements, standards, and timelines.
• Support the design team in resolving technical issues during the design and construction phases.
• Monitor model updates and ensure alignment with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare coordination reports and participate in technical and design review meetings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in BIM, design coordination, or engineering management.
• Strong experience in multidisciplinary design coordination on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination, and interface management processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
