We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimation Engineer specializing in Fit-Out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, focusing on fit-out works, and will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates and managing the bidding process to ensure project success.
Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.

Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine accurate scope and requirements for estimation purposes.

Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to gather necessary information and clarify project scope.

Review and ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements in all estimations.

Develop and maintain a database of unit rates, labor, materials, and resource costs to improve estimating accuracy.

Participate in bid reviews and negotiations with contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.

Monitor project budgets and assist in the development of work breakdown structures for efficient cost management.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimation engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives within the estimating department.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for fit-out projects within the construction industry.
