Senior Estimator

Looking for a senior estimator who is having experience in Signage, Architectural Facade, Lighting, Art & Media, and Digital Display.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical drawings, project specifications, and material requirements to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates.
• Lead value engineering efforts to optimize cost without compromising design or performance.
• Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure estimation aligns with project goals and execution plans.
• Source and maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, suppliers, pricing trends, and construction methodologies.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and tender documentation.
• Identify cost risks and propose mitigation strategies during pre-construction phases.
• Support bid strategy and client presentations where required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5- 7 years of experience
• Analyze drawings, materials and specifications
• Lead value engineering and cost optimization
• Coordinate with design, procurement and project teams
• Strong knowledge of materials, pricing and project execution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience working in design-build or bespoke fabrication environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with sustainability considerations in materials and systems is a bonus.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
