Senior Estimator – Fit-Out Projects

We are looking for a Senior Estimator with solid experience in the interior fit-out industry to support the tendering and cost estimation of commercial, residential, and hospitality fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of interior works and the ability to prepare accurate and competitive estimates within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs for interior fit-out projects
• Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and scope of works for accuracy and completeness
• Estimate costs for:
• Gypsum partitions and ceilings
• Joinery and custom furniture
• Flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, and decorative elements
• Interior-related MEP coordination items
• Request, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Assist in tender submissions, clarifications, and revisions
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing
• Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities
• Maintain estimation records, pricing databases, and tender documentation
• Support Estimation Manager in multiple concurrent tenders

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out estimation ONLY
• Experience in UAE/GCC fit-out projects is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, construction methods, and market rates
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimation tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines
• Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
