Senior Executive (Accounts & Finance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance to manage the organization’s financial records, ensure accurate reporting, support budget planning, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves a blend of core accounting, financial analysis, taxation, and cash flow management responsibilities, making it critical to the organization’s financial health and decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting Operations:

· Handle day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger entries.

· Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.

· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare trial balances.

2. Financial Reporting:

· Prepare accurate financial statements, P&L accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

· Assist in MIS reporting for management with variance analysis and key financial metrics.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting:

· Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

· Track actual vs. budget performance and report deviations with actionable insights.

4. Taxation & Compliance:

· Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable local taxes.

· Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

5. Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

· Monitor and manage daily cash flows, fund requirements, and bank transactions.

· Support in maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions.

6. Internal Controls & Process Improvements:

· Strengthen internal control systems for accounting and financial operations.

· Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

· Professional qualification (CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, MBA-Finance) is a strong advantage.

· 3–6 years of experience in accounting and financial management roles.

· Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial reporting standards.

· Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other accounting software, and advanced Excel skills.

· Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

Remuneration & Benefits:

Competitive salary (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
