Senior Executive - Administration

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Administration
• Skilled in carrying out administrative tasks including distribution of correspondences/memos/letters for the department, sending and receiving official departmental emails
• In-depth knowledge of facilitating/providing orientation & training, familiarization to new & present employees in their assigned and routing jobs
• Hands-on experience in providing assistance/support to management, preparing manpower budgets, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
