Senior Executive Defleet Sales

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Manage end-to-end defleet sales of used/surplus taxi vehicles, ensuring maximum resale value.
  • Build and maintain strong buyer networks including dealers, traders, auction houses, and direct customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize deals aligned with revenue and profitability targets.
  • Coordinate with Fleet and Operations teams to identify vehicles due for defleet and resale.
  • Handle complete transaction cycle including valuation, insurance clearance, RTA approval, and ownership transfer.
  • Collaborate with insurance partners for claims, settlements, and vehicle release processes.
  • Work closely with Finance for invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor UAE used-car market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports on sales, pricing trends, and defleet performance KPIs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with RTA regulations, insurance guidelines, and company policies.
