Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 2 to 3 years of functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Production, and Retail modules)
Skills:

• Functional working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365) FO, Production, and Retail modules
• Ability to assist in business process mapping and functional gap identification
• Experience in requirement gathering and preparing basic functional documentation
• Understanding of workflows, approvals, and module-level configurations
• Ability to translate operational needs into functional ERP tasks
• Familiarity with cross-module integrations across FO, Production, and Retail
• Hands-on experience in functional testing and UAT support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills within assigned modules
• Effective coordination skills for working with technical, development, and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Support the functional operations of MS Dynamics 365 (FO, Production & Retail modules)
• Assist in requirement analysis and preparation of functional documentation (BRD, FRD drafts, user guides)
• Perform system configurations under the guidance of senior team members
• Support end-to-end functional processes including workflows, approvals, and business rules
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather requirements and ensure process alignment
• Work closely with technical/development teams for minor enhancements, testing, and issue resolution
• Assist in UAT planning, functional testing, and deployment activities
• Provide user training support, prepare SOPs, and address day-to-day ERP issues
• Maintain data accuracy, system compliance, and standardized business processes across the ERP
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process automation efforts
• Keep functional documentation updated, including change logs and best practices
