Senior Executive – Export Documentation (Freight Forwarding)

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding Company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer proficiency with hands-on experience in Export Documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Placing bookings with major shipping lines and NVOCCs.
• Completing Form 13 in Cargoes.
• Submitting BL instructions to major carriers.
• Updating BL in INTTRA.
• Handling VGM submission in ODEX.
• Preparing HBL and ensuring timely updates to customers and agents.
• Coordinating effectively with:

Shippers
CHA
Shipping Lines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Export Freight Forwarding documentation: 3 years (Preferred)
