Responsibilities

• Supervise routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance for MEP systems, civil infrastructure, and soft services.
• Monitor performance of facility management contractors and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
• Coordinate work schedules, access permits, and on-site supervision of contractors and technicians.
• Conduct regular inspections of all facility assets including HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, civil structures, and guest areas.
• Review and track maintenance reports, work orders, and incident logs; escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Liaise with HSE team to enforce safety protocols, risk assessments, and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Provide technical support and recommendations for repairs, upgrades, or energy-saving initiatives.
• Assist with procurement of materials and third-party services through coordination with Procurement.
• Prepare periodic reports on maintenance KPIs, contractor performance, and facility health.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facility Management
• NEBOSH National Diploma/ International is an advantage
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM), IWFM, or equivalent is an advantage.
• 5-7 years in facility operations or maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance scheduling, and vendor management
• Proficient in CAFM systems and MS Office tools
• Ability to read technical drawings and evaluate contractor work quality
