Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing support.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR documentation

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: manpower planning, JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, and induction programs.
  • Liaise with consultants, portals, and internal stakeholders for hiring needs.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Handle grievances professionally with proper documentation and follow-ups
  • Support management in maintaining a positive and disciplined work culture

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Support training coordination and internal communication
  • Promote a respectful, professional, and structured workplace environment

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian HR practices
  • Minimum 2 years of experience into every module of HR
  • Hands-on recruitment and onboarding experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and maturity
  • Process-driven, organized, and detail-oriented approach
