Job Description – Senior Executive, HR (HRBP Role)

The Senior Executive – HR (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to designated departments, supporting all core HR functions and ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role involves employee lifecycle management, performance support, compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and support workforce planning.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit).
  • Support performance management, goal-setting, and appraisal cycles.
  • Address employee queries, manage grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate training, engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities.
  • Track attendance, leave, and maintain HRMS data accurately.
  • Support payroll inputs, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in HR or related field.
  • 3–6 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
