We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources operations. This role involves managing recruitment as a major portfolio followed by employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and who could bring solutions to close the positions quickly.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies
Design and implement effective recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
Forecast hiring needs and create proactive sourcing strategies.
Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Ensure timely and quality hiring across all departments.
Lead and Mentor Recruitment Team
Supervise and guide a team of recruiters and coordinators.
Set performance goals, provide training, and conduct regular evaluations.
Enhance Employer Branding
Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
Collaborate with marketing to develop recruitment campaigns and content.
Optimize Candidate Experience
Ensure a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience for all candidates.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the hiring process.
Utilize Recruitment Tools and Analytics
Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Analyze hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and generate reports.
Build Talent Pipelines
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
Ensure Compliance and Best Practices
Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Standardize recruitment processes and ensure fairness and transparency.
Collaborate with Stakeholders
Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs.
Provide strategic input on workforce planning and talent acquisition.
Manage External Partnerships
Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Key Skills
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end hiring processes and building talent pipelines.
Employee Relations: Handling grievances, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment

Qualifications
MBA or Post Graduation in HR
