Minimum Qualification - LLB
Minimum Experience - 3-5 Years
1) Represent the company in legal proceedings, including attending court hearings, appearing before government departments, courts as a company representative and coordinating with external advocates
2) Draft, review, and vet legal documents – such as contracts, agreements, and legal notices - ensuring accuracy, legal compliance and alignment with applicable laws and company policies
3) Stay updated on legal developments, including new circulars, case laws, and statutory amendments issued by relevant authorities
4) Manage statutory compliances for both the Factory and Head office, ensure timely and accurate adherence to all regulatory requirements
5) Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry-specific statutory mandates, and monitor adherence across all operational units
6) Track and manage Registrar of Companies (ROC) compliances, including annual return filing, maintenance of statutory records, and completion of all mandatory submissions or statutory filings
7) Coordinate with Practicing Company Secretaries (PCS) to facilitate timely filings, statutory reporting, and compliance certifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
