Senior Executive - Operations

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our last mile delivery operations and order management processes. The intern will gain hands-on experience in managing delivery logistics, tracking orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment, while working closely with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring last mile deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Track and update delivery status, ensuring smooth communication between delivery teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and update order records in the system, including cancellations, returns, and replacements.
• Support operational planning to optimize delivery routes, reduce delays, and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly operational reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with order management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
