Senior Executive – Sales (SAP Business One)

Location: Port Qasim KArachi
Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Sales with hands-on experience in SAP Business One to manage sales operations, documentation, and system entries. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sales processes and ERP handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Sales Orders (SO)
• Handle Delivery Challans (DC) and invoicing
• Process sales returns and credit memos
• Manage GRPO (Goods Receipt PO) entries
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions in SAP Business One
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate or DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering)
• Experience in sales operations / ERP handling preferred
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with SAP Business One
• Good understanding of sales documentation and processes
• Basic MS Excel skills
• Preference will be given to nearby candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
