Key responsibilities:

Capex and BOQ:

• Preparation of BOQ by reading the design drawings.
• Work with CAPEX data and classify/allocate costs for Civil, MEP, Procurement costs.
• Lead and follow up for issuing PO’s and work orders to vendors and contractors based on business requirement.

Cost management:

Estimate costs, develop detailed budgets, and track project spending to ensure it stays within the allocated budget.

Budget and cost control:

Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle and identify areas for savings through techniques like value engineering.

Procurement:

Assist with the purchasing process, develop tender documents, and help evaluate bids and negotiate contracts.

Client and stakeholder relations:

Liaise with clients, project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand requirements and keep them informed of project progress and financial status.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit detailed reports on expenditures, project costs, and financial performance to clients and other stakeholders.

Final accounts:

Work on the final account at the project's conclusion to reconcile actual versus estimated costs for final handover.
