Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year technical program (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions,
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in facility management,
• Proven experience in subcontractor/vendor management,
• Experience in maintenance and repair of fixed assets,
• Knowledge and experience in legal inspections and compliance,
• Strong skills in reporting and budgeting,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• No restrictions on domestic travel.

In this role you will

• Ensure the regular tracking of fixed assets within the facilities,
• Manage and follow up on mandatory legal inspections and third-party maintenance services,
• Maintain and prepare regular reports related to the areas of responsibility,
• Oversee asset assignment and utilization tracking,
• Work in coordination with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) to ensure legal compliance,
• Manage and monitor the performance of contracted subcontractors/vendors,
• Identify mandatory maintenance and repair requirements within the facilities,
• Monitor and track annual CAPEX/OPEX projects,
• Prepare and manage the budget for the upcoming year in line with responsibilities.
