The ideal candidate brings over ten years of senior management experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically within sporting goods, gloves, textiles, or leather products. This role demands expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques such as Six Sigma to ensure operational excellence, quality management, and regulatory compliance. The Factory Manager will play a pivotal role in driving productivity, enhancing manufacturing processes, and maintaining strict adherence to international safety and labor standards to safeguard a sustainable and efficient production environment.
