ORFE GLOBAL is seeking a seasoned Factory Manager to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations within its facility, steering a team of 200 individuals. The ideal candidate brings over ten years of senior management experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically within sporting goods, gloves, textiles, or leather products. This role demands expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques such as Six Sigma to ensure operational excellence, quality management, and regulatory compliance. The Factory Manager will play a pivotal role in driving productivity, enhancing manufacturing processes, and maintaining strict adherence to international safety and labor standards to safeguard a sustainable and efficient production environment. This position requires a dynamic leader with strong business insight and financial oversight capabilities. The Factory Manager will be responsible for managing production planning, supply chain coordination, and team leadership to meet production schedules and quality benchmarks. Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems and production tracking tools is essential. Responsibilities

• Monitor and control factory operations to ensure compliance with international safety, labor, and audit standards.
• Manage key performance indicators to track factory efficiency, quality, cost, and safety metrics.
• Oversee supply chain activities to ensure timely material availability and minimize production delays.
• Maintain financial oversight of the factory budget, cost control measures, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to streamline processes.
• Ensure accurate production scheduling and timely delivery of finished goods in alignment with customer requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems to uphold rigorous product standards and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize ERP systems and production tracking tools to monitor workflow, inventory status, and operational performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions to develop team capabilities and promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.
