Position:

Senior Fashion Designer (Lawn & Formal Wear)

Education Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or a related field

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2–5 years or above of professional experience in fashion designing
• Strong hands-on experience in Lawn, Formal, and Pret wear designing
• A strong portfolio is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop seasonal collections for Lawn and Formal wear according to market trends
• Research fashion trends, color stories, fabrics, embroidery, and silhouettes
• Create detailed sketches and design concepts
• Select appropriate fabrics, embellishments, and trims
• Supervise sample development from initial concept to final product
• Coordinate closely with tailors, pattern masters, and production teams
• Ensure accurate execution of designs and maintain quality standards
• Conduct fittings and make necessary design adjustments
• Oversee finishing, detailing, and final quality checks
• Handle custom orders and special design requirements when needed

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior Fashion Designer
• Strong understanding of fabric knowledge, cuts, patterns, and garment construction
• Experience with Lawn prints, embroidery, and Formal wear detailing
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is a plus)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
