As a Foreman Snr, you'll play a vital role in supporting production, QA/QC, and project teams by ensuring all technical documents, drawings, and quality-related records are managed with precision and care. About Your Team

This role works closely with site operations, HSE, and support teams. The logistics department ensures daily activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in coordination with project demands.

Your Role

• Supervise labor, tools, PPE, and consumables use on site
• Assign daily tasks and track progress with clear targets
• Monitor production, prepare reports, and highlight delays
• Plan manpower, materials, and tools using look-ahead schedules
• Conduct safety briefings and maintain site cleanliness
• Minimize material waste and manage timely material requests

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be able to read and write in English
• Proven field knowledge with at least 5 years' relevant experience
• Final selection at senior management discretion
