Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Front Desk Officer to oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and have strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support front desk staff in daily operations
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain office records and schedules
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Coordinate with other departments for administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of front desk or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
