Accounting Manager – Seashell Hospital (New Cairo)

Reports To: CFO / Hospital Director

Overview:

Seashell Hospital is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the hospital’s accounting operations, ensure compliance with Egyptian regulations, and support upcoming GAHAR accreditation. The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and healthcare sector experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards, tax laws, and audit requirements.
• Develop budgets, monitor hospital expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team; collaborate with other departments.
• Support financial documentation needed for accreditation and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
• 7+ years’ accounting experience, including 3+ years in management (healthcare preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic with good English proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£25,000.00 - E£35,000.00 per month
